    David Evans (aka Sir SnotinHead #449 in Knights of the Medical Roundtable lore) is an Otolaryngologist practicing in Sacramento, California, a hotbed of managed care penetration and temporary home of the Gubernator aka Arnold.

    After growing up in Midland, Michigan and attending the University of Michigan Medical School, he served 5 years as a resident at the University of Michigan Hospitals.  Then, tiring of inbreeding, he moved to California and has been there ever since.

    Susan Stangl, MD, MSEd, spent 13 years in Family Medicine private practice when it was still fun and now is in her 13th year of medical school teaching. 

    Her real loves are music and acting, which she tries to spend as much time as possible doing.  She tends to play lots of mothers, nurses and strong complicated women who underneath are really a) vulnerable, b) nuts c) manipulative or d) grieving. 

    One of her favorite roles so far has been Nurse Ratched in One Flew over the Cuckoo's Nest, for obvious reasons.
